An MSB is a long-life asset. Ours are designed so that in year 12, when you need to add a feeder, you can — there's spare bus capacity, blank cubicles, and a cable entry layout that accommodates additions. Service access is front-only on most designs, so the board can sit against a wall and still be maintained.

Yes. Multi-section boards are split into transport sections at the design stage, with site-joined busbars and pre-marked terminal blocks. Reassembly is a 1–2 day site activity.
