Thermal Imaging & Compliance Testing
Level 1 thermographer inspections under AS/NZS 3019.
Loose terminations, corroded busbar joints, and overloaded cables show up on thermal long before they fail. Our ITC-certified Level 1 and Level 2 thermographers deliver insurance-grade reports with severity ratings, corrective actions and asset-register integration.

Thermography that catches problems
Half the value of an inspection is who is holding the camera. Our thermographers carry ITC Level 1 minimum, and they're electricians first — they know what should be hot, what shouldn't, and which 4°C delta-T on a contactor is normal and which is the start of a contactor failure. That's why our reports cite specific defects with corrective actions, not just rainbow pictures.

AS/NZS 3019 recommends annually for general industrial; insurers typically mandate 12-monthly for sites above 500 kVA. Critical assets (data centres, hospitals, 24/7 process) we recommend 6-monthly.
No — inspections are performed live, under load. We need cubicle doors open which is the only safety constraint; we provide qualified-person attendance and PPE coordination.
Yes. Our reports are produced to AS/NZS 3019 with NETA severity classifications, photographer credentials, and asset-tag traceability. They are accepted by all major Australian commercial insurers.
