Built by engineers.
Founded by principal electricians and engineers with deep site experience across mining, rail, commercial and utility renewables — EV, solar and BESS. We build electrical infrastructure the way we always wished vendors would when we were on the other side of the fence.
BASE Industrial Systems was founded by principal electricians and engineers who had worked across mining, rail, commercial and utility renewables — EV, solar and battery storage. We kept seeing the same patterns: switchboards designed by people who had never operated one, load management treated as an afterthought, and harmonic and thermal issues discovered on site instead of on the drawing board. BASE was built to close that gap.

In-house manufacture under one roof.
Fabrication, busbar punching, paint, wiring and FAT all happen at our Australian facility. That control over the production chain is why our boards land on site exactly the way they left the drawing.
The factory is set up around the engineering team. Designers spend time on the floor. The handover is the short walk between two desks.
Engineered to Australian Standards.
Engineering-led. Site-experienced.
Load management, harmonic balancing and thermal management aren't buzzwords for us — they're the day-to-day of how we design and build.
Schematics, single-line diagrams, protection studies and arc-flash modelling driven by real site experience.
Every board is reviewed by people who have installed, commissioned and lived with the outcome.
Demand profiles, staging and tariff behaviour informing switchboard architecture from concept.
Detuned and active PFC sized against measured data — capacitor life protected.
Realistic ambient design, ventilation strategy and thermal imaging built into commissioning.
One accountable engineer from kick-off to defects close-out — with a service team behind them.
Build it right the first time.
