Built by engineers.
The switchboard is the most under-respected component in industrial electrical infrastructure. We build them like it matters — because when one fails, everything else stops.
BASE Industrial Systems was founded by electricians and engineers who had worked across mining, water, infrastructure and renewables — and kept seeing the same patterns. Two decades on, we operate a fully-integrated electrical infrastructure business under one program manager per project.

In-house manufacture under one roof.
Fabrication, busbar punching, paint, wiring and FAT all happen at our Australian facility. That control over the production chain is why our boards land on site exactly the way they left the drawing.
The factory is set up around the engineering team. Designers spend time on the floor. The handover is the short walk between two desks.
Audited annually. No exceptions.
People you can name.
A flat structure where the engineer who designs your board can be the one who answers the phone two years later.
Schematics, SLDs, protection studies and arc-flash modelling in EPLAN, ETAP and SolidWorks.
Australian-stocked components only. Busbar punch, paint, wire and FAT under one roof.
Single point of contact from kick-off to defects close-out.
Hot cutovers, primary injection testing, witness SAT documentation.
Every assembly leaves with FAT records, photo register and ITP sign-off.
Mobile spares for ABB, Schneider, Siemens, Eaton — and a planned PPM program.
Build it right the first time.
