We treat live-site changeovers as a program, not an event. The week before, we walk every termination, mark every cable, dry-run the sequence, and brief every player. On the night, an ITP drives every step. The result: outage windows that finish on schedule with no surprises.
Commissioning that proves the design
Our commissioning engineers run primary injection through the actual relay logic, not just simulator inputs. We prove trip times against the coordination study, capture residual earth-leakage paths, and hand over a SAT pack that a future asset engineer can actually use.

Where safe and approved, yes — we hold the documented procedures, JSEAs and PPE controls required for live work to AS 4836. Most jobs are isolated, but we can stage hot-cutovers when production cannot tolerate full shutdown.
